If you have been confronted with a request for authorisation or a warning letter indicating a possible patent infringement or trademark infringement due to your commercial activity, we will represent your interests with the aim of reaching an amicable arrangement to prevent you from being sued for patent infringement or trademark infringement.

If you wish to take action against a patent infringement of your patents, we will examine the prospects of success and the procedural risks for you. If there is unauthorised use of your registered trademarks, an initial request for authorisation and subsequent warning letter are also possible here before legal proceedings are initiated due to the infringement of your trademark/design rights.

If an amicable arrangement is not possible, we will be happy to act as your legal counsel and represent you in court proceedings together with experienced lawyers from our close-knit network. In the event of parallel proceedings in Germany and abroad, we will coordinate the proceedings and protect your interests.
